We worked with Michael Laird Architects' design team as they developed the masterplan for Axis Business Park. We were then able to re-use, and add to, the original block model to produce marketing images.
The aerial view montages the masterplan block model into a site photo. It's used on the marketing website to show Axis in context, plus logos are placed on each building once the occupier is known.
We then added a lot more detail to some of the buildings, producing fully photorealistic images of the first phase of offices. The hotels in the background illustrate one of the amenities of Axis and the super-widescreen versions of the visualisations look great in the brochure!
